Patrick Sheaffer joined the Bank in 1965 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1976. He became Chairman of the Board in 1993. He has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (the Company) since its in inception in 1997. He is responsible for the daily operations and the management of the Company. Mr. Sheaffer is active in numerous professional and civic organizations.
