Client Point Security
Riverview Asset Management is pro-active in providing the newest security measures available to protect your accounts and personal privacy. Security features included in the internet access we provide to our clients are listed below. In addition, we are always reviewing our internet policies and procedures to assure we have the latest protections in place.
128-bit Encryption
We implement SSL protection with strong 128-bit encryption to protect your personal information.
Secure Sign On
We use the Secure Sign On feature to help assure that the person accessing Client Point is the proper individual. This improves information security by mitigating internet fraud and identity theft. It includes a series of pages that capture and store additional authentication information used for ongoing user verification. The authentication factors consist of a picture, a phrase, and challenge questions based on user selection. Additionally, cookies will be captured and stored for each user.
Passwords
Although it can be frustrating to have to remember multiple passwords for various internet programs and accounts, password security is one of the most important controls over your privacy. Client Point passwords are required to be at least eight (8) characters in length and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one digit (number). Passwords expire at the end of 90 days and cannot be re-used.
